Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)
By downloading, installing, or using InvenPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Parnza Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").
InvenPro is a business management application that provides inventory management, sales tracking, customer management, financial reporting, and related business tools for small and medium-sized businesses.
InvenPro offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
New accounts receive a free trial period. The length of the trial is determined at registration. No payment is required during the trial period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at parnza.com/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parnza Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App under Settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your business data including inventory, sales records, customers, and reports. This action is irreversible.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parnza Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
