Parnza Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") operates the InvenPro mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully.

• Account Information: Name, email address, business name, country, and password when you register
• Business Data: Inventory records, sales transactions, customer information, supplier details, and financial data that you enter into the App
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, features used, and session information
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• Payment Information: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment card details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• Process your subscription and manage your account

• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hostinger. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third parties who assist us in operating the App (e.g., hosting providers)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our legal rights
• Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Apple App Store

When you make purchases through our iOS app, payment is processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy governs the collection and use of information in connection with those transactions. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple but do not receive your payment card details.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your business data

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated business data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

InvenPro is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.
